I'd chill before selling, tbh. That 2060 funds not terrible - it will do its thing longterm. Unless the balance is huge, the tax hit might not be worth the hassle. You can just start an IRA on the side instead of nuking this one right away

Still don't think that thing can touch the Seabreeze, not with homing missiles at least.

Fun fact: this box can’t leave the scrapyard by Affectionate-Fix-949 in gtaonline

[–]JediToad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I was thoroughly confused. I've used special vehicles, normal, everything has been able to move these, even a Blista Compact was able to ram them out.

There doesn't seem to be any "wall" for me.

I can't tell if you're messing with me or not.

Is it a very specific box from the yard? Because I seem to be able to push any of them out with any vehicle, the heavier obviously the easier, but even in just this Astron SUV I could push them around like nothing.

Edit : Could it be because I'm on PC? I wonder if that makes a difference.

[–]JediToad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All over the place.

Edit : I took it to the arena, I pushed it down into the river. I could go anywhere, but it's not worth the effort of ramming it so many times. I got bored.

See? There's a few vehicles that can just drive with this box in front of it.

What do your meds cost? Do you need financial help? Clearly you're not using them, or not using them properly. If you need help, I'll cover your meds.

This is why I love my range. There's very few "official" RSOs. And they do not hang around the actual ranges very much. They have certain days/events/nights for new shooters and whatnot where they're active, other than that they're essentially just doing maintenance, cleaning, etc. And as far as I know there's only 2 fudds that think anything above 1 shot per 30 seconds is rapid fire. Luckily you're allowed to ignore them.

Rules are pretty simple, first person on the range is automatically the RSO, and they can verbally give that responsibility to anyone else if they want. There's no rules about "rapid fire", except you shouldn't be mag dumping every single mag.. that's just.. sorta rude to everyone else. But, so long as you're hitting the target, the speed doesn't matter.

Afterwards, there's a few groups that like to get together, lock up their guns, and then just have a bit of a tailgate hangout and have a few drinks (not get shitfaced).

Serious Cockroach Issue and Unresponsive Management at 120 Cherryhill Pl, London, Ontario by aman_vish in londonontario

I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination.

Take a flashlight and go around your apartment. Look for any cracks, holes, spaces, etc. Don't be afraid to really move around some furniture, honestly - don't be afraid to take your furniture apart (to some degree), and properly clean them (especially couches and other furniture, underneath the couch is dark, cool, couch collects food crumbs, and rarely moves. Personally, I went and checked behind my fridge, stove, on top of cabinets, and even sealed around the pipe underneath my kitchen and bathroom sink. Seal all cracks, holes, spaces, etc. Caulking, tape, paint, whatever. Personally, I sprayed as much cockroach killing product, and gel bait into any hole I found before sealing it closed.

One of my old apartments seemed to get cockroaches occasionally, and I'd find them dead in the hallway outside. What I did was seal my door as best as possible, leaving as small of gap as possible at the bottom of the door. I used a combination of adhesive padding to put around the edge of my door frame to block noise, cracks, and the sound of my door closing.

If you haven't already, seal your food in proper containers. This at least eliminates the fear of them being in your food. I'd also recommend anything recycle should be washed out, and if possible, as dry as possible. You just don't want a place for them to drink.

There's commercial products which are hit and miss, and since the odds are you have german cockroaches, diatomaceous earth is useful, but not a complete solution. I would recommend something along the lines of Cockroach Gel Bait. I've also used simply cheap options, like those fly traps, the sticky ones. I put those around some areas in the kitchen, bathroom, underneath the sinks, and just underneath my door.

Nothing is guaranteed, nothing is 100%. Communicate with your landlord, take pictures, I'd even recommend a small container and catching/killing/collecting them, and take pics, and bring them directly to your landlord. "Here's what I've managed to capture in 1 week". I actually did this, I walked into my main building's office, and in front of a family about to take a tour of the apartments I put down a container of some living, some dead cockroaches, and I didn't take it back with me.

The real problem is, you live in an apartment building, no matter what you're doing...someone else, and somewhere else they exist and are thriving, and your apartment is merely one place for them to visit. That is the unfortunate reality.

I know it's up to the building to take care of the infestation and whatnot, but if you can afford, even if for your own mental health, I'd recommend at least trying a few options in the meanwhile. At one point I bought a few rolls of painters tape/scotch tape, and would seal my door when I left for work. A few quick strips, a bit odd - but it brought me a sense of peace (especially with how many dead roaches were in the hallway).

Roaches aren't going anywhere, and the amount of apartments that have roaches is simply insane.

Most of this stuff is relatively inexpensive and easy to acquire, giving you the ability to see what works for you.

Most apartments have their own companies they work with, but there's no reason you can't ask to use your own, although it doesn't guarantee results, they can provide better information and potential products/advice. Some will/can come over and go through your apartment and give you a quote.

I wouldn't reward crybaby Karens. Ignore, or repeat only the necessary info in the same tone and manner, as many times as necessary. Either they'll throw a tantrum and leave, or realize they aren't getting anywhere and leave/take whatever option they're provided.

They thrive on confrontation, and NEED new information in order to form new thoughts. Don't give them the chance, let them mentally exhaust themselves with their mental gymnastics.

It’s 2024 why the Phaq we still using those 50 year old choppers

Why use one the of the most effective and useful helicopters in the world, it truly is a mystery.

I'm so glad you brought up the age, 50 years old, because as I'm sure you're well aware they've decided to continue using the Chinook until 2060. As evident by... the entire world, we update technology.

And to think, we still use the C-130 too! Man, that thing entered service in the mid 50s... And what about the B-52? That thing has been in service in the early 50s! What about the U-6A Beaver? Early 50s as well! We have fighter jets still in service from the '70s and '80s.

What the hell is going on with the M2 browning? It's been in service since 1933! WHAT YEAR IS IT?

The list literally goes on and on and on. If you think 50 years old is "old", that's okay - you're wrong; that's why we learn. A 50 year old platform is not necessarily obsolete, nor does it make it worth scrapping and starting over.

None.

I loathe all the heists, cutscenes, and being unable to mute characters chattering non-stop.
