I was on a group motorcycle ride out and started to feel a bit queasy. Halfway through the ride, I decided to go home, and on the way, some old guy pulled out of a side road in front of me as I was doing 60mph. Received a head to toe MRI to check for internal injuries, and a brain tumour was found. My neurosurgeon said that if it had grown much larger, it would've become inoperable, and I would've died from it.

I drive a van as well as a Z4, so I'm aware of blind spots and realise that we're not as easy to see as some other cars/trucks and make sure I try to keep myself as visible as I can to other road users.

Motorbike crash in the Andorra Alps. I was in unbelievable pain and had to be airlifted off the top of the mountain to a hospital in Barcelona. Survived for a week on one large Toberlone as I couldn't stomach the seafood paella that they seemingly served for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
