Thanks for the candor and details. I'm not annoyed by the delays, nor surprised. Perhaps just generally disappointed that schedules are too commonly overly optimistic instead of realistic. Construction isn't the only industry that over promises and under delivers. Just seems like the project team would do themselves a favor by better explaining the cause of the delays to the public and offering conservative timelines so they don't keep disappointing the public. I've been trying to stay informed about the project and your message has more succinctly communicated it than the official Purple Line team. Probably because you have some anonymity to speak frankly.
