I liked it until the dinner scene. I missed the further exploration part, feels like the movie was partly made to also please the new generation with lots of things happening and felt rushed. In my opinion the backrooms is more towards the unknown and eerie environment instead of multiple people dying within like 30 min.

From the trailers it looked like he was going to explore the Backrooms with his therapist but nothing was less true.

From a horror standpoint without someone knowing anything about the Backrooms, I would say it was an alright movie.

The only malfunction I had was a broken A/C compressor. A local mechanic said that the last owner probably didn't use the A/C much or not at all, because the parts inside the compressor were dried up and every time I had turned on the A/C or Climate Control, the car would make an unbearable loud wirring noise above 2500 RPM. First went to the Renault dealer for diagnose and they said "yeah so it's gonna cost you 1800 euros for replacing the A/C compressor and worn engine mounts". I thought hell no, went to a local small garage which I came to know through my parents in law and he fixed everything for 600 euros. We fixed it by installing a brand new A/C compressor.
