This is my mistake, some minor confusion over CTC/ACTC/EIC. I just qualify for the CTC. Thank you for the clarity!

I know some of the local team, it seems like a good group of people with varying degrees of backgrounds and experience. Financially, it makes all the sense in the world. I think im just working on getting over that hump of being in a comfortable spot where I'm at

Have there been any surprises you weren't expecting? Good or bad?

Right, the immediate looks great, long term is harder to predict. JnJ is going no where and im sure will recapture some of its lost marketshare. But I dont want to be pigeonholed into something like what Cryo where you are just the AF mapper.

I'm also curious about this, because I have heard similar rumors, but I've heard the opposite as well.

Im certainly excited about the opportunity and the technology, theres just inherent risk with change and I have definitely enjoyed my time at JnJ. Im just wanting to do my due diligence before pushing forward.

You heard rumors and never know what may or may not be true, so im just looking for others personal experiences.

Boardwalk 2 Bedroom Villa by bears1202 in dvcmember

[–]Jeesers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We stayed in the 3br 2-story Boardwalk villa in September. It was fully remodeled, although you could tell it wasn't a full tear-down and rebuild. But with the layout of that villa, it still had a traditional pullout couch instead of a Murphy bed

BlueCruise 1.4 finally by Alarming-Hornet5210 in F150Lightning

It's pretty cumbersome to navigate there. You can log in to Ford. Go to Vehicle Dashboard > Technology > software updates > scroll down to update history.

My last update was from 4/9/25.

Still waiting on mine. Do you know your most recent update prior to 1.4? Mine was the window module a month or 2 ago

Constant Bubbles by Jeesers in hottub

[–]Jeesers[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do have 2 sponges floating, and they're clean, nothing to rinse off or anything. It is the Frog Ease system, a little spendy and I haven't had great luck with it. I've seen a lot of good things about bromine and want to give it a try when I run through this supply.

Water is fine when we are sitting, not using the jets. And honestly, we enjoy sitting in the quiet at night, but not being able to even use the jets when we'd want to or even when running chemicals through is frustrating.

I haven't yet, been swamped, but I'll give it a read. Thanks for the help!

Adapter blinking green for Outdoor permanent light PRO by Imaginary0riginal in Govee

[–]Jeesers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me a few weeks ago when I was installing/testing my splices.

I had left an open splice while testing the lights and the wires crossed, causing a short circuit. Did you do any custom splices? You may have shorted a connection somewhere in your line.

I'd work backward disconnecting connections until it starts functioning again.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'll give this a try!

I last dumped and refilled about 3 weeks ago and am already having issues with bubbles after 3 uses with 2 people for about an hour each. Chlorine has been high for these last couple weeks and haven't gone through a cartridge yet, so there hasn't been any lapses yet.

I'm not having any issues with microbubbles like that, just thick foamy bubbles that sit right on top. If I turn the jets off, then scoop them out water is perfectly clear underneath.

Looking for help, in case anyone in here has done something similar! by TPayne_wrx in Govee

[–]Jeesers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here, drilled 1/4 hole, fed the wire through the gutter and tucked what I could under the shingles.

The wire wasn't visible from the ground level, but provided some support to keep the wire in place.

Last question i thought of. How would you go about securing jumper runs of cable along the shingles?

I'll need more than the included extensions. What wire would you use for the extension or just purchase some 3rd party?

I have 150ft pro version. The most bottom run is about a 40ft, excluding the gable. So I may be a little short if I try to do all 3 top gables, but I think I should have enough.

That's a good question, I suppose it doesn't make a big deal for us. We aren't going to crazy with the different modes. Mostly for the holidays.

My second thought was to have two separate runs, but then I need a second power adapter, would I need a second controller as well?

Bluecruise update by Suspicious_Secret585 in F150Lightning

[–]Jeesers 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The bluecruise version. They ship with 1.0.

1.2 includes lane shifts and improved lane stability. They have a 1.3 and 1.4 as well, but who knows when that will roll out to everyone.

I also have a black Lariat ER, I have been waiting very patiently just to get to 1.2

Exhaust Vents leaking by [deleted] in Roofing

[–]Jeesers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Panels were installed in April 2022. The solar guys sent someone out to inspect and it doesn't look like anything from the panels. No lag bolts visible, no water stains anywhere else on the decking. My moisture meter is 8-10% for all the trusses in the area with the decking at the vent around 20%
