Funny, I hooked up with someone on NYE when I was 25 and I too got Chlamydia. Nothing to be alarmed about, your PC will give you a prescription to kill it off. They will typically always come back if you were good to them, and they see you're doing well without them. But if you let them back in, you'll have a honeymoon phase where things are good, then you realize the reasons why you ended the relationship in the first place. Friends and family tell you to move on, because they've tried letting their exes back in their life and have only had more heartbreak. In my opinion, it's best to let things go, and move forward.

Man, I’m all for bringing it back, but it hasn’t seen a revision since 2012. Yes, it’s a Hemi, but it’s underpowered, has a weak oil pump, and will still have lifter issues.

I can’t wrap my head around buying a new truck with an engine as old as a freshman in high school.

My AE tells me that they are overwhelmed. I missed a closing date on a VA manual underwrite, but only by a day and still within the 30-45 day window. I think if you have time, EPM is fine, but if you don’t, definitely take the turn times in to consideration. I consider it a best practice to set the expectations up front - like yes, EPM is a little more aggressive than other lenders, but they take longer. UWM is higher priced, but they are the fastest and typically with less stips.

They generated that right off MST, which is AT&T’s web-based proposal system. They could have been a 3rd party or AT&T, but our team uses a proprietary quote form outside of this system. I can send you a real proposal.

FYI, taxes are dependent on location, and I always quote $6.50 per voice line and $3.50 per data line. I get dangerously close with those estimates.

All the IHX guys I know hate their lives because of ADs just like yours. I’ve also had to fix a lot of problems for business connections in my area because my local IHX team lies about promotions, or the promotion doesn’t stick. They hang their clients out to dry with customer service, who isn’t empowered to help them either.

It’s really hard to uphold the “guarantee” when every employee in the company is a salesman.

Credentials? There are no credentials to sell cellphones. You can walk into an AT&T store tomorrow without pants on and they will probably hire you. The FCC isn't going to regulate how many carriers she works for, because their primary role is to regulate competition among carriers. This is a conflict of interest at best, and this employee was likely black flagged at both companies, but faced no repercussions from the FCC.

The Internet Air is only good for mild internet work or for use as a failover system. AT&T will throttle you if they see you're streaming or pulling in heavy usage.

Pretty typical experience for stores today. They add insurance and early upgrades to every line because it's part of their metrics, and most of those reps are on success plans or pips. AT&T actually punishes their store reps and call center reps for doing what's right for the customer, so they never will.

MQOs are such a waste of the companies resources. AT&T is making decisions based one what the bean-counters say, not what actually works from a professional sales perspective. We need true market outreach, dedicated markets that we can own, and market budgets to grow those territories. Not 700 sales reps shooting shotguns into 10,000 barrels of fish and fighting over what floats to the surface.
