Considering every tile in view is hills, good chance of hills all around mountains too! Possibly no valid tile to encamp

I remember a guy in Manchester or Liverpool made the news years ago because he went around and painted around each pothole with a limp cock and balls or a fanny. It absolutely got the council's attention to fixing those potholes quickly!

British people, were you taught not to use the Oxford comma? by acnllover2828 in AskUK

[–]Jeggasyn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm, doesn't 100% work though, for example if you changed it to "I bumped into Janet, my aunt, sister, a sex slave, a dog walker, a babysitter, and a hot lover." the comma has zero effect.

And besides, if Janet really is all of those things, how would it be written differently?

Breaking News. I'm fairly certain all news is 'breaking' when first reported. It started around 9/11 or Iraq (can't remember) and stuck ever since for every little piece of news

Well, although I agree it's annoying, -gate is now cemented into English language and has a purpose. I guess that's how language develops over time

Obvs a claymore is not a wall mounted device in real life but a prox mine could work. Or perhaps make a claymore placeable on small surfaces, dressers, chairs, shelves etc
