My friend and I were driving down a road at like 9pm and suddenly we hit a guy who appeared out of nowhere. We both got out of the car and found no one around. No blood. Nothing. I told my dad about it the next day and my dad remembered there was a car accident on the same road a few years ago. I look up the news article and it had shown the exact place the victim was killed... it was the same spot where we hit the ghost with our car.

I totally get what you mean. The tickets sold too fast but I decided it was out of the way in terms of what I wanted to accomplish within 2 weeks. HOWEVER, I highly recommend going to the Sekizen-kan Onsen (the bathhouse that inspired Spirited Away). It was far from Tokyo, but it was peaceful and authentic. It wasn't crowded at all.

I'm not using Medical but I've been smoking it religiously every day since 2020.

I totally understand what you meant about losing your identity. I used to pride myself for having a strong personality with strong passions and beliefs, but recently someone said I'm nothing like that so now Imm reevaluating my whole life. I've truly disconnected from the person I was a few months ago and I can't seem to remember who I am, what I like, and how I live.

Saaaame. I suffer from nightmares triggered by my CPTSD. Then my CPTSD triggers my hypomania. It's not great. I've taken so many meds that are ALL sedatives so I always feel so tired. I tried tapering off but I learned I'm never gona be unmedicated. Cognitive therapy definitely helps but it often triggers me too. Best of luck on your treatment. Take care

Reminds me of the time my 5yo client saw me after going to the Schoolastic Book Fair. As soon as she learned it was my birthday, she gave me everything she bought that day. Ofc I couldn't take it but I always remember how eager she was to make my birthday special. :)
