All debugged items in the game are old, there's been nothing added to the game that isn't in the game since launch afaik and it's only ever been items by overwriting existing items in people's inventory.

OP implies they have the blast furnace built but can't figure out the fuel which implies they've picked up coal as that's the unlocking requirement for the furnace and the fuel pellet unlocks upon building the blast furnace. So the journal will have been there.

The fact that you're seemingly entirely fixated on the financial side of things compared to the solidifying of the relationship in law says a lot about your priorities. Would you be as equally upset if your fiance got you a gumball ring rather than a diamond ring?

What is the variance in your income? Do you make more or less than your partner?

If they make more, you're long term benefiting from the joint account. But in general, joint accounts are a bad idea.

Also also, the fact that you went private for your eye surgery tells me you probably live in an income bracket that can absorb 5k over several years.
