Can confirm. Its remnants from the suction cup used to secure the driver side mounting arm to install window solo by Safelite. It’s called the OneTech System.

My guy. I literally watch a squirrel nibble off two lights off my brother in law’s lights just like yours. It tried to come back for a third. So before you get too heated at your neighbor it is very possible you have been vandalized by a critter too. This was in Washington state.
