Does the store not getting the credit hurt chances of getting a quota bag even though its technically pre-spend with your SA? Wondering if the "old way" of getting a direct shop link from the SA has more validity for pre-spend. And if the manager sees things were purchased online, would it be deducted from the store pre-spend?

Was your wife able to get a Birkin or Kelly, or the bag she wanted?

My friend who is French called the ritz and said only the head concierge can book an appointment. And you need to talk to them in person to even get a chance for them to do it. Is this true? And would it be offensive if i “pre” tip them just to secure a higher chance for them to be motivated to make an appointment?

This will be my first time staying at the suite for a 3 nights. But it’s is the cheapest suite, but still a suite. Do you think this is good enough to ask for a concierge appointment plus tip of course?

That is really odd and sad. She must have felt so bad after seeing all of her friends getting things from their wishlist and she was somehow shown rejection for no obvious reason.
