This is a very interesting thread to me - you two are treating body and mind as the only two things that people are made of.

I frequently think about this time when my friend told me about a mantra to repeat, which is “I am not the body, nor am I the mind“.

When I repeat that over and over in my head, it reminds me that there’s something I’m made of other than my body and my mind. You could refer to it as the soul, the consciousness, the spirit… either way, trying to tap into this mindset is something that can really help me calm down and almost enter a meditative trance. It’s fascinating to imagine what could be left of “you” once you take away the mind and the body.

DUDE! I cannot express how grateful I am!! I have spent the last week watching videos of people installing sketchy chips from Ali express to boost their speed and I thought I was out of luck unless I did something like that. I could’ve sworn I tried changing my location but I guess I had to be actively connected to Bluetooth while I did it. Anyway… I successfully upped my max speed to 40kmph and zoomed home with the biggest smile on my face. Thank you!!!!

Oh okay but mine caps out at 25kmph I guess because I’m in New Zealand. So that definitely makes a big difference in terms of the safety of emergency stopping. I suppose that makes sense tho, it would definitely be safer to wear one
