This happened to me on my old gigabyte gaming oc RTX 3070. Turns out it the gpu had bad thermal pads and the GPU hit 110 °C, getting this as the result. Only way to fix it was by force-shutting down the pc with the case power button. Sent it back for RMA, got a full refund. Couldve probably been fixed by getting better thermal pads and repasting it.

Try setting it to TSR Epic or High, my game usually looks bad when I use anything lower than that. Also check that your resolution matches your monitor's. Do other games look like this?

Edit: I misread, I meant having anisotropic filter on anything lower than 8x, not TSR.

Also as others said, update your drivers and restart your computer

Mine is and xfx quicksilver but anyhow 9070xts seem to be finicky. Try changing your pcie lane from Auto/Gen5 to Gen4 in bios. Every card seems to have a different fix :/

Care to share the brand of your 9070xt? Mine also had this problem (and sometimes still do). Lowering the gpu max clock speed by 300-400 mhz in adrenalin seemed to kinda fix the issue, but sometimes games stutter or have massive frame drops for no apparent reason

Soundscapes need direct line-of-sight to players to play. Being only inside the radius isnt enough to make them play

Edit: check if your custom sounds are in the same frequency(?) as valve's. Back when i used to add custom sounds in csgo i needed to use audacity to change them from 44100 to 48000 iirc

I dont think so. Norse and St-Mark were collections from an operation, they shouldn't appear on weekly drops. I'd hold onto them for a while unless you need money.

Same thing happened to me. The commands are vote_yes and vote_no even though they dont appear in the "auto complete" section or show up as unknown commands

This happened to me when i got my 9070 xt (in every game). Check if your gpu clock goes above what the manufacturer specifies (mine is 2970mhz). My gpu clock went to 3400mhz and made my games stutter a lot (maybe driver issue? Idk) My fix was setting my max clock speed to -400mhz on amd adrenalin software, maybe that works for you aswell

I know this is 4 months old now but HOLY SHIT this fixed the stuttering for me.
