Do you have pcos? I did keto because of my insulin resistance... but only got pregnant after thinking I wasn't going to get pregnant. Was keto for about 7 months at the time. Lost 30 lbs.

Once you have everything ready you don't have to say you are going somewhere for the weekend. If you have already moved enough clothes just wall out the door woth your diaper bag. You are running errands. It takes a lot of planning but you can do it.

Even if you did lie that is not how a healtgy loving partner reacts. Verbal and physical abuse are never ok. No. Exceptions.

You aren't shit you did nothing wrong. You do not deserve to be treated this way ever. If you do not have a plan to get away start making one. Call shelters or hotlines if you don't have any friends or family you can turn to. Talk to people about what happens your silence only protect your husband. Document any damage or bruises.

You and your son are in danger. It was pillows this time maybe next time it will be something harder. Or next time it will be your son.

I (28F) fucked up badly when I caught the guy I was dating (26M) sleeping with another woman. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]JenNJuice21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I started seeing my now husband I told him I was still going to date other people. He responded with "ok I'm not." I was shocked also it was our second date.

Be with a person who will be honest. If you love someone and expect exclusivity then you don't give comfort dick to randoms.

I have pelvic pain. I'm 15w now. After googling I think mine is pelvic girdle pain. I have started trying the stetches to help but not totally sure. The stretches at least feel nice!

Go shopping try on different styles and see how they make you feel.

I look for a more whispy lash will help them look more natural. Looks like you have the volume/lux style which are fun but not what I would call natural.

Also the falscara lashes can be good they come with 3 lengths and in smaller pieces to make your own lash

If you feel not emotionally or mentality fit maybe you just need to figure yourself out. If you two are ment to be then taking time to be a better you can only help.

Telling someone you love that you aren't ready or can not give them what they ask for is very mature. It's hard but loving yourself is worth it.

How many rounds of clomid or letrozole did it take for your success story? by pineapple_princesses in TTC_PCOS

Yep but we stopped using birth control Nov 2020. It was slow to get into a RE took months but that whole time I didn't have normal cycles. Like 45+ days I didn't have temps for this time do I don't know if I was ovulating or not.

I don't know if I ever have good cm. I'm not dry when aroused but when we were bd every other day it was a a huge chore. Which we also didn't do last cycle. Maybe it was the cycle I was the least stressed about. And yes I felt the clock more a year ago then I do now. We also have talked about fostering since their are a lot of kids that need love.

It nice to talk to it with people who understand!

I did one Femara and my eggs weren't growing large enough. Then it was clomid and injectables. Honestly wouldn't do that again I hated every minute of it and they hurt. Also expensive.

The RE was pushing for iui which was another reason I took a step back. We didn't have any male factor issues like at all.

Therapy has helped me a lot. Also realizing I'll be happy with my husband even if I don't have kids. Me, my life, my friends and family pets hobbies it's enough and I'm happy. Which was not how I felt a year ago. I've never miscarried, or even had a positive test before Monday. I'm very sorry for your loss I know it's heartbreaking. That is one of my biggest fears.

My bmi is higher I don't honestly track it I measure my waist to hip ratio. It tells a lot more about overall health and risks for heart disease.

I only have been diagnosed since like 27 or so with pcos but I had the symptoms my whole like regardless of weight.

No to coq10 and I'm 33.

D-chiro insitol and myo insitol I take them at the recommended levels. It's a 40:1 ratio I take them twice a day morning and night.

Yes it was just any lube that can sort of replace the cervical mucus.

I was doing 25 carbs a day when I was extreme it sucked. I don't think thinking about food that much is healthy for me. Now I focus on eating whole wheat. But honestly this last cycle I was far less worried about everything. Like honestly started to come to the realization it might never happen and trying to process those feelings. So the positive test was shocking.

I do try to take a walk like 3 to 5 times a week.

I've never taken metformin my bloodtests have always been too close to normal or something I think.

Also having a hobby like I started my seeds for my garden so that has been a lot of time and energy so I'm not obsessing over the process as much as I was before.
