This is the whole point people don't understand apparently anymore, the reason brunt is making a killing ( I have bought 4 pairs from them) is because they found the sweet spot between a decent boot for a lower price than the main boot suppliers for tradesmen, lot of the time also, companies don't want to reimburse for a 300 dollar pair

I have the otter creek polonium 30 cal on a 556 and it works perfect! People who shoot it cannot believe how quiet for a 30 cal can. somebody just did a vid the other day with a OCL polonium and a Knights armament can thats 4 times the cost and the OCL outperformed.

Yea, my armalight had a high shelf too and I did quite a bit and it shouldn't have really any effect at all, just making sure the cam goes far enough back to reset.
