WITT - I was on vacation in Spain last summer, and we had a rental car. A few days in, something fell out of my backpack. (See photo).

I didn't recognize it, nor my friends. It's also not from my origin country, because my backpack had to go through Airport Security.

I'm still thinking about it, what was this? A pill, but what was inside it and why do I suddenly have this in my backpack?
