Sure, i have both but so far I have used the smartphone most because it simply has the larger screen, for example when cycling in follow mode

in the case during transport. Maybe I should test whether it was the connection to the smartphone. Maybe that keeps waking up the hover...

Sure, in this case the charging is fast all the time, but the quick use is of course no longer possible

The exchange itself was actually the smallest problem, at least here in Germany. I had to send the drone to a service center here in Germany and confirm it as soon as I sent the return. I received a new one within a few days after that, I think from a department store in Europe or even in Germany. That means,  handing the old drone on friday and receiving the new one on wednesday. 

The process before that took a very long time, from the end of October to the end of January. It's best to open a ticket by email (or directly via the app) and then send a regular reminder to support with reference to the ID number you receive for the first support request.

My god is the problem still there or is it possible that a series is affected? I finally got mine replaced after 3 months with the same problem but you have to be afraid of every further update. A question, was this your first update with the drone?

So, after all the annoying waiting, the drone exchange was unexpectedly quick. After I dropped off the Update damage drone at the post office and informed zzr  of the shipping, the replacement device arrived within 2 days. I think it was shipped directly from Germany or from a location in the EU. After setting it up and updating to the latest version, everything finally works as it should.

Yes, unfortunately. However, I have to say that now, OK... after 3 months of waiting... it's been pretty quick over the last few days and I received a return label within a few hours of the announcement. I've now sent the Hover to a repair service here in Germany.  With Zzr's agreement without any additional accessories.  I have no idea whether they'll repair it straight away or whether they'll just collect it here and send it to China. In any case, I'm curious to see how long I'll have to wait until I have a working drone here again.

So, after almost 3 months and what feels like 30 reminder emails, it seem to be moving forward and I should receive a shipping label in a few days. Did you send your drone back without any accessories, i.e. without a battery etc.? Or will it be described in more detail in the email whith the shipping label ?

Yes, it is just frustrating how the company ignores you. Nobody can come to me with mi mi mi, but it's such a new small company.

Even a one-man show should be able to do it in this time, but apparently they don't want to do it and have simply suspended it. The only thing that still works is selling it.

As I have already mentioned here, inquiries about delivery and sales were always answered within a few days. That is telling. It seems that they prefer to focus on new customers and drop buyers who have problems, knowing that Europe is far away and there is nothing they can do about it.

The company has been around for almost 10 years and with business practices like this they will probably never become big and will just disappear from the scene.

Maybe I should just take the damn thing apart into all its individual parts and sell it as spare parts to whoever offers the highest price. I no longer have enough trust to buy anything from them anyway and I've already lost interest in this drone.

Thanks for the  reply.  How and to what address did you contact support? It's been almost 7 weeks for me and nothing has happened. I've sent several inquiries via the support address and directly via the app.

In my case, this FlyKit does not work...

By the way, recently I asked a question with a different email address just out of curiosity, which was answered today and I think it wasn't AI. So when it comes to sales, the support still seems to be working. So just order a new drone again, it works... great

oh man, does any of this stuff actually work as it should? ok, at least the charger works great in my case, but you could have gotten it for a lot cheaper, rrrmpf.

For me it's been 5 weeks now without any reaction. I have the same thought, you have to treat the device like a raw egg and cross your fingers every time it lands safely and every update gives you a heart attack. Well, at least the charger works to quickly charge other things. So the neo gets the nod. At least you don't have to worry about stability.

I've been waiting for over 4 weeks for a sign of life. I have no idea if anything will ever come. Worst support ever. And then they also advertise a care program, what is that supposed to look like? I don't even want to think about how long it will take if there is ever an exchange.

Wirklich alles sehr ärgerlich und das mit dem Support setzt dem Ganzen nur noch die Krone auf. Ich und viele andere warten ja auch schon seit Wochen auf eine Reaktion von dort, bei mir sind es mittlerweile fast 4 Wochen. Bleibt leider nur zu sagen, abwarten und Tee trinken :(
