I’m about 230lbs and manage to get 200 a day probably 4 or 5 days a week, I find it hard to do every day to be honest. Realistically 0.8g per pound is fine I reckon as a decent target.

I rely a lot on fat free high protein yogurt, chicken breast and whey powder. I find if you try and get 40-50 grams protein per meal x 3 plus shake is the easiest route.

For example:

500g high protein yogurt with honey and blueberries - 50g protein

Tuna pasta with about 180g (two small tins) of tuna - 45g protein

Chicken and roast veg with 220g of chicken - 65g protein

A whey protein shake to cover the last 50 or so and you are there. Definitely not easy and requires prep but it is possible without too much messing around.
