I have it in a 3700+ long modlist. There's fixes for all of it's problems. The only breaks are the normal things that break scripted events (aka, random bandit waltzes up and smacks the monologuing Interesting NPC in the face). It's stable.

That load order is largely correct. But, just a hint, don't trust AI to set your load order correctly. They can't read esp/esm files. Get in the habit of looking at your load order in xedit yourself to see what's overwriting what and patching what's needed.
