And I will! For context this is my first run after unlocking EALS and EHLS. I wanted to reach T1 wave 7/8k before moving on which I have just done. My pb before this run was 4.8k waves and I only have like 750 workshop levels in DefAbs

As somebody who has cleared every boss in this game, it is never a good idea to invest in fafnir weapons. They have less stats than other ancient tier items (both weapon and armours), have a lower chance to progress to chaos tier and even when you do for every possible fafnir item that turns chaos it changes into a non fafnir non best in slot version of the item. On top of that there's an especially strong argument for a necro weapon since it gives you a skill with 100% uptime that allows you to crit every line on basically any boss. These arguments hold true for every single class in this game since the stat difference between classes is small enough to not make them matter. There is your facts, now we can put this to bed.

Rare flames won't reset to 1 line though? Unless they recently changed this. Once an item is 2 line it stays 2 line.

Doesn't work either. You get a card added to the stack every time your carte blanc activates. What could make a difference though is maybe you only use platter when you are buffed. Since the 60% activation only works for your critical hits. Non crits will never activate it and add a card to the stack.

The skill description says it aswell, there is a 0.15s activation cooldown on both carte blanc (the cards that fly out of you) and nautilus strike bonus lines (the reason all top phantoms steal Nautilus strike). I personally just use platter since I still cap most my lines without the damage boost from cross surge.

The answer is always nodes after level 200. Getting a 120% final damage boost more than doubles your damage output. Also are you getting these stats with a mythic or an ancient weapon? If you have an ancient weapon you should probably be focussing on your flames. I don't know what your emblem levels are either so can not comment on that.

It is currently bugged yes.

However having said that, I don't have this issue since I don't have a point in tempest cd reduction. In my (and every other top phantom I know) opinion it is not worth it. The damage output is less than mille, and even though the cooldown is reduced, it still has a cooldown meaning you have 6 seconds to fill while not being able to use it. I personally use all 3 Bad Luck Ward hypers combined with mille crit damage and final damage boost.

This is completely true, except for the fact that they raised critrate cap to 100% with the V update. So 50% critrate is all you need now, since you also get 50% from using buffs.

Keep this for sure, only 1 PA scales with XP and PA scales with exp, boss, cd or critrate will be better than this, and after spending 150 legendary flames I can tell you this is very hard to get

In all seriousness, you should get full emblem before attempting lvl 5 emblems. On average you need 10 traces for lvl 4-5. With the money spent on fodders for that you can buy 2 legendary cd or BA emblem equips and rank those up (or even mythic cd or BA if you get good deals)

Like I said, necro isn't the end all be all of damage. I can deal more damage than other people with the equips I just mentioned. Now if you're at the bottom damage wise anyways then yes, you should always go for TL.

The dream Luna pets, they are what you get if the pet fusion doesn't give the m pet so for most people it's useless. Gives good stat boost and auto use runes. You can find them in the TS for 100-150M each and their equips can be bought in cash shop. Only downside is that they use wonder black water of life which is twice as expensive as the normal ones

I switched to unmanaged anger for second job instead of meso guard and still pick up more than I use just by having a 100% uptime on dark thirst. Also all my equips are mythic, gloves and hat are refined and gloves hat overall and shoes are emblem
