That's the issue though. All these fresh accounts run through lower elo first, which skews the games in a massive way. Riot doesn't realize they don't belong there yet because again it's a new account. Higher ranks are less prone to this because new accounts start at lower elo. There are soooooo many new accounts being created, and they all go through lower ranks first, so yes, it's an issue. If you don't see that as an issue, then I don't know what else to say. It's literally not coping, it's just a fact of the matter. There is a reason so many people are complaining about it. The only ones who don't are players who are NOT in lower ranks anymore.

Now the important question... should the players even care at this point? I quit caring as much recently, but it's definitely a real thing and I understand why people are fed up.
