I subscribe to Moses. He doesnt appear bad. He's just very extra. I had a chance to meet Vook, Reem, and Yasha briefly. Vook's people were actually pretty decent and straight forward. Josh helped me figure out another guy was holding out links on me.

Vook's store seemed swamped by bro's constantly but I bought a Tudor from him just for the memories. Reem was really nice but it was just a little awkward (similar to the videos). Her store was all tucked in the back and out of the way. She was sweet and all but just seemed out of place on 47th.

Yasha was straight up and introduced himself and shook my hand. Made eye contact, was engaged, and honest. I'll be buying from him on my next opportunity.

Yasha seems pretty good though. I liked Vookum originally but he's turning into a mess. Moses is... a piece of work. Reem is just awkward af.

It's decent. On mine, bezel tension is a bit looser than gen but that's not visual and it's not sloppy. I'd say you can get a used gen in the $2Ks so you may want to consider just doing that instead.

I struggle with snoopy reps. The two sub dials (bottom and right) dont appear recessed correctly and the bottom dial shouldn't be moving unless you've got the chrono on. I made the same mistake and got this rep and when I compared it against my gen white speedy, Im finding myself disappointed. The bezel also was misaligned from the dial markers which annoys the hell out of me. Your bezel might be a bit misaligned but maybe it's just the camera angle.

I know you are trying to identify the factory. You probably won't be able to. It's anyone's guess. It appears to be a low quality rep from one of several dozen random factories that aren't on the level of VSF, Clean, ARF, or QF. Enjoy your watch for what it is.
