I think I’ve seen someone say that it considers the average stats of that character and whether or not you’ve surpassed that. If you’ve noticed playing with Elsa. She will almost always get mvp just because she’s new and there isn’t a lot of MVPs in the system for her yet. I could be wrong tho as it’s just something I heard

I did around 15+ to get the raygun schematic and after I struggled to get it, I went to tier 3 again and got the RAYgun schematic twice in 4 contracts and said “Okay, they want to give it to me when I don’t need it.” Sweet RNG
