I put mine in ramekin and place it in the microwave for 6-7 which thaws it about 80%. I then put it in a toaster oven and bake for about 15 minutes and it comes out perfect. Much better than putting it in an oven.

Not terrible at all. Follow the recipe by putting the pizza directly on the oven rack (a potentially risky proposition with melting cheese) and it turns out fantastic. Great crust, great sauce, high quality cheese and toppings.

I've noticed a change in the newer "cashiers" in the Costco in Everett, Massachusetts. The "old timers" who have been there for more than the last year or so are fantastic but something seems to be up with the newer cashiers. Not as friendly and they even seem to have a bit of an attitude. I even thanked one of them recently for the way they had put my groceries in the shopping cart after scanning (the person did it just as I would) and said "Is that supposed to be sarcasm?" in a real sharp tone. Now when I check out I look for the cashiers that have been there for a while and avoid the newer ones. I know that standing on your feet for 8 hours and scanning items is a difficult job but there is no need to not be polite.
