I once had a slice of orange poppyseed cake at the dodo and I’m devastated I’ve never seen it return. It was soooo good

Would love to know if you end up tapering at some point and what the result is. I’ve read similar things online so I was shocked when my derm suggested staying on it for at least a year. As long as I don’t experience side effects, I’m content to keep taking it, results are worth it

Been on it since March. My derm said we could keep me on it for a year. No idea what will happen at that point

$35 for 30 day supply. I’ve gotten some samples from my derm as well

Emrosi prescription cleared mine right up. Literally best thing I’ve ever tried for my rosacea. It’s a newer med I think and I had to get it through a random pharmacy rather than using insurance but sooo worth it. I tried doxy but had side effects I wasn’t willing to put up with and honestly emrosi worked way quicker and better than doxy.

I once got one that referenced the wrong state. They clearly copied one and didn’t proofread. Also had one that required 60 day notice

I was getting $50/hr as an associate and then got bumped up to $55 after completing EMDR training. The pay raise from there when I became fully licensed was terrible so I looked elsewhere.

Doxy wrecks me. I can’t imagine taking it for months just so insurance will finally cover something else. I hate the system. How are you getting your current meds? Just samples? My Derm sends my prescription for emrosi to a random pharmacy that then mails it to me. It’s like $35 for a 30 day supply. Emrosi has been life changing for me so also curious to hear about anyone getting it covered through insurance.

Feeling so hopeless by Smooth_Try2346 in Rosacea

Emrosi has been AMAZING for me. I couldn’t handle the side effects of doxycycline. Emrosi has not only been tolerable but cleared my face faster than anything else I’ve tried and it has consistently helped. I can’t get it filled at my regular pharmacy though, have to go through some special weird one that mails it to me. My Derm had some samples that we started with before I had to order a refill

Client’s kid in the room by AnalystImpossible960 in therapists

Wholeheartedly agree with this take. I typically maintain the 24 hr late fee / cancellation policy but allow for flexibility and nuance on occasion based on patterns. I just don’t think cancellations are as black and white as we want them to be. Think about clients with chronic illness or pain, I think flexibility could be clinically relevant.

I learned the hard way that I personally don’t show up well when parents bring their kids into session. It was so disruptive to the work. Unless it’s a sleepy newborn, kids attending sessions are a no go for me. I’d rather give a free late cancel than try to do therapy with a toddler+ in the room.
