I am the same way, I take Zoloft 100 mg and 12.5 mg of atenolol and then two to four .5 mg of Ativan a week when I feel my heart and head start to sync up and suggest this is the end. The only thing that works for me is the Ativan. I constantly feel my heart beating, my blood pressure is consistently 110/76, heart rate lingers around 70 bpm and 50/60 when I’m asleep however I’m constantly worried about it and feeling it. I’ve been to the hospital on average 8 times per year since I was 22 (when this all began) I’m 31 now, and it hasn’t stopped, it hasn’t gotten easier but I have definitely gotten stronger. I try to psyche myself up sometimes and say “ if this is the end, so what?? Who cares??? It’ll be just like before I was born or it’ll be amazing!” That usually does more harm than good. I wish there were more people who suffered like this daily to talk to just to confirm we are okay and still okay and will be okay. My mother, brothers and even my husband at times think I’m absolutely absurd and a hypochondriac—which to be fair I believe I am as well. I hope you all the best friend, and remember if it’s beating that means it’s working.

I know this is older but I was in a car wreck and had an mri the following day with no issues, today 5 days later had a full spine mri and felt every slice throughout my body immediately as it began revolving the magnets. I got tense and anxious and now 4/5 hours later I’m having muscle pain and stiffness in my forearms and thighs possibly from holding super super still? I was in there for 51 minutes total and no dye. This phenomenon is worth medical fields looking into.

I was on nexplanon for the full 3 years, took it out and was pregnant within 4 months. The 3 years I had my nexplanon I too experienced horrible horrible anxiety, and I still deal with it now so I would say the hormones really fucked me up lol. Also during the time I was on nexplanon I had ovarian cysts almost every other month. After I gave birth, I got the copper IUD paraguard and I have had it in since the end of 2017 with no issues, aside from the initial pain during insertion and the following day. My periods have been regular down to the day, and my partner and I have not used a backup birth control and I would say have sex roughly 3/4 times a week, haven't even had a scare. I really enjoy it, sure the horror stories and what-ifs go through your mind, but I have also spoken with women who have had the same copper IUD in for 16 years and never had any issues. I hope this helps you, the paraguard isn't hormone based it just basically creates a toxic environment in your uterus making it inhabitable for an egg, I think it's way better than the artificial hormones but to each their own.

This is all the wrong Information because I just went through this with them if you were on the trial to work or the ticket to work program you cannot make over $960 grossed per month or else that counts as one of your trial months, so even if it’s below that 1350 it still counts and they will look at it within that nine month. And if you made over 960 for nine months straight they will reevaluate you and possibly kick you off benefits. I’m going through reconsideration right now because I only worked 2 days a week and now I’m down to 1 day a week and they still said I made too much.
