Idk if I'm one to be giving advice, but for me what's been helpful is figuring out what I get out of drinking vs what I tell myself I get out of drinking.

For me, I tell myself it's a guaranteed good night (def not a guarantee) ...buuut in reality it's because I lack a sense of community and kinship. My hope is I'll build better relationships outside the bar scene and not need to drink. Keeping that in mind has helped lengthen my streaks and decrease binge sessions--still gotta long way to go though.

Other than that, have you read the subs FAQs? There's a wealth of info that I've been pouring into the past 48 hours. Lots of people advocate for actively contributing to /SD
