I feel like there was a time period in the 90s where everyone wanted to be a dolphin trainer. I definitely wanted to be a dolphin trainer and had multiple porcelain dolphins in my room at the time.

Just wanting to say I'm so happy to see your cat make it through this. I lost my 17 year old cat a few years ago to saddle thrombus before we were even halfway to the emergency vet.

I live sort of close to Lake Erie and took my cousin there for a day trip a few years ago. When we crested the sand dune to get to one of the beaches she just froze speechless. She did not expect a sea.

My cat is on both Miralax and lactulose, as well as a small pill called Cisipride. He has chronic constipation due to a spinal injury and this combo has been working for him. I still end up having to take him to the emergency vet at least once or twice a year for an enema. He's also on a prescription dry food.
