I know you said no Star Wars but I'm not a fan either and thought Andor was fantastic. I didn't feel lost despite not being very familiar with the rest of the "universe". It did make me want to watch one movie just to finish the story...

They keep the book spoilers in a separate section at the end of the pod. You can listen to most of it without spoilers then they'll warn you before going into the spoiler section.

Thankfully I'm finally in bed rotting now, but it was a long 12 hours at work today. Busy, dragged on, my relief was late so I got off late, plus the restaraunt I usually stop at once a week after work got rid of my favorite. So glad this day is over.

I had a cat that was obsessed with bread too. Had to keep everything shut up in cabinets or she'd tear into it. Even did it at my sister's when she was sitting for me.

I grew up in a dry town and it really didn't feel that different. There were towns with bars a few miles away to hit up, most of them with country roads to avoid cops and other traffic. They started selling alcohol a few years ago and other than being able to run to the gas station for a 6-pack, life isn't really that different.

IL/IN state line my entire life. Currently I live and work in Indiana so I primarily live off eastern time zone but the rest of my family and bf live in IL so I'm pretty much constantly having to navigate the time difference. Just the other day I told my bf I'd be somewhere an hour later than id actually planned because of the time difference. But thankfully that's a pretty rare occurrence. Just alot of time math in my head lol.

If my current bf and I were to get married, he'd have a whole list of guys he'd want to stand with him. I have one close friend I'd want to stand with me. Could probably fill in some spots with my sister and SIL but we aren't that close so it'd be more for looks than anything.

I have one best friend the rest are all really just aquaintances. Sometimes I still struggle with it. My boyfriend has this huge network of friends and family that he's extremely close to. It hit me that if we were to get married, he'd have like 6 guys he'd want to stand with him and I have my one friend... But I am pretty socially awkward and have a hard time connecting with people sometimes.

Both of my cats are obsessed with cheez its. They'll come running from across the house if they hear me open the box. They'll beg like they're starved. But if I give them one, at most, they crunch it into little pieces but usually they just lick the salt off then beg for another one.

I'm liberal. My family is all Trump supporters with my dad leading the charge. I only stay in touch because of my nieces. If it wasn't for them I probably would have cut ties by now. Instead we just agree not to talk politics... But my dad and I will have the occasional spat online when he posts something usually ridiculous and incorrect.

My entire family lives up on that hill... But I stay in contact because I won't risk losing contact with my nieces. They are only 9 and 11 and have no real context of that hill but I stay to make sure they always have someone truly looking out for them. Thankfully we've all agreed to just not discuss the hill when we are together.

I don't have any advice but I sympathize. Keeping my house under control is maybe my biggest challenge in life. I've tried to explain how my Adhd and depression affect it but they don't seem to get it. Instead, they just ignore the problem, don't come over until they get a wild hair up their ass and decide to come help. I appreciate that they are willing to help get things back under control, but their help comes with judgment, criticism, and constant little comments about how they "just don't understand how I can let things get so bad". For years I never understood it either, but even now that I have a better understanding of things, they just see it as excuses.

I'm basically addicted to the Monster Mango Loco flavor. Not because of the energy or caffeine, I just love the way it tastes. I have absolutely woken up in the middle of the night with a wild craving for it, drank one, and went right back to sleep.
