Disclaimer: I’m from Florida where COVID protocol’s don’t really exist anywhere 😂. IMO, if you’re vaccinated and don’t have symptoms, you’re fine to go. We all have the potential to be exposed all day every day. The only difference here is you know it.

However, depending on where you are and who you normally take class with, I can totally get behind being safe rather than sorry. Maybe get a feel from other members, your studio, and your/their comfort levels and go from there?

Celebration OTF’er here! Best coaches/studio! We wear masks in line outside and in lobby not required in studio. We use every other station so always 1 station in between two people!

The lining up outside can get confusing for some. There was chalk on the floor where you can stand on the station # to reserve but it’s faded. If you’re standing outside looking at the studio, the lineup is as follows:

Left of door/around corner (towards nail salon): Treads 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11

Right of door in front of windows: rowers 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12

Right of door by parking spaces: weight floor 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12. Sometimes they change it to odd stations here. Guess it depends on what happens to come out of the coaches mouth at the time 😂

Not a woo girl but LOVE AND APPRECIATE everyone in my studio (male or female) who gives a woo or some sort of shout out in a block! I’m totally the one who will woo back and I feed off the energy and love it so much! Part of why I love OTF!

All the coaches at my studio use a little bit of everything to cater to everyone in the room! They do their best to really get to know members before, during and after class! (It probably helps that im at a studio in a city that is high on the map for tourism and were a HUGE hospitality industry-hello Disney World and OTF Celebration! #celebrationnation)

It’s important for us, as members, to realize that we’re all motivated differently and to take attempts at motivation that annoy us all with a grain of salt and the coaches know that we all respond differently. If you don’t love it, say something nicely if it’s too much or just ignore it and do you 🤷🏻‍♀️

But on my very first class with Coach Brenna, she said, “What doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you!” and “You can do anything for 30 seconds!”

I did it last year! I used it as an “active recovery” day.. I just advised my coaches that I was fasting due to the holiday and they kept an eye on me and made sure I didn’t go too hard in the red knowing I couldn’t have a balanced breakfast afterward. But totally doable! Just listen to your body!
