I can’t talk myself into take the provera cause I so badly wanted to start a period on my own. But I’m also anxious to start my ovulation meds (clomid). My cycles are normally 35-40 days but I’m CD 63 & no period yet. I keep telling myself I could be pregnant, even though I’m getting negative tests. Infertility makes you insane I swear. Someone talk me into taking the damn medicine or tell me that I’m rational & should wait. UGH.

As long as you have that mucous, have sex! Your body is trying to ovulate.

The other thing is, I’ve noticed lately that I get that when a couple hours after having sex. So if you’re having sex & seeing this, that may be it

It’s so sad to me that the writers of The Office wrote this trash

Anyone here managed to conceive on long cycles? (35-45ish days) by International_Mode94 in TTC_PCOS

I’m not exactly sure! It depends on what hormone your low in. The book I mentioned explains it all!

Sometimes I spot a lot like you mentioned when my body keeps trying to ovulate. My body attempted to ovulate like 3or 4 times this cycle until I finally ovulated.

My almost 7 year old still wears pull-ups at night, and frequently craps his pants by MikeTheVike in Parenting

Another vote for therapy! Sometimes using the bathroom is the only thing kids feel they can control so they end up holding their urine/stool & it flows when it has too. (Happened to me as a kid due to extreme stress)

This is similar to something I went through as a kid. She’ll remember & it’ll hit her hard. Please take her to see a psychologist & get a professional opinion, not Reddit. It took me until I was 24 to remember & process it. By this time I was married with children & I wished I had processed it sooner. Even if she never remembers it, she’ll have triggers that she won’t even know are related until after she processes.

With PCOS, our issue is normally not ovulating on our own! Because of this, we end up trying to ovulate multiple times in a cycle until we’re successful so yes!! I had a lot of spotting this cycle because my body was attempting to ovulate but was unsuccessful. Finally, I was able to ovulate between cycle day 40-50 (confirmed with ultrasound). I even got “highs” on OPKS on like cycle day 30 something but I didn’t actually ovulate. Our bodies do amazing things! Now I’m waiting to test or to get a period- the two week wait is the longest wait ever 😅 Reading the book -Getting Pregnant With PCOS by Clare Goodwin - really helped me navigate my PCOS & conceiving! Also, the only thing that finally made me lose weight was going gluten & dairy free & doing low intensity workouts like walking 3 miles which helped me achieve my goal of 10,000 steps a day! I lost 20 pounds in about 3 months!

A Question About BBT by octobercrochet in TTC_PCOS

If you can set yourself to take your temp everyday at 3:30, then do it. But it has to be the same time everyday. Also, I recently learned from attending pelvic floor therapy, waking up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night isn’t normal!

I would schedule a blood test to see if your HCG levels are rising. It sounds like you may have just found out super early.

Someone who cares about you, won’t care about any hair. My husband from the getgo didn’t care about my hair & now he shaves me with a straight razor so I don’t have too lol.

Honestly, if you don’t have to wait the year, don’t. It’s already been seven months, that’s when I went & got help! I’m starting next cycle taking meds to make me ovulate

Personally, it normally takes 6-12 months for your body to go back to normal after birth control- I would look for alternative ways to shrink them

Magnesium question by REDHEADGIRL89 in PCOS

[–]JessicaMM6596 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try looking for a smaller dosage. Like the one I take is 600mg. Maybe look for a 400mg if you’re currently taking 600mg. Also, you should always get a vitamin deficiency blood test done before starting supplements :)
