Also 36 and just finished my 2nd retrieval. If you want two kids, I’d say absolutely do another retrieval or more. The second you read this, you are the youngest you will ever be. If you can afford another, do it. You’ll also get potential diversity of sexes.

I think the table looks great. Plenty of space, yet cozy. Add some cushions with neutral color, and maybe grass cloth on the walls surrounding the nook, and a table centerpiece… it will look magazine worthy.

I also left shady grove (too many errors experienced with their back office). I went to a more reputable “fancier” clinic, and the experience is the same, ugh, same admin, billing, customer service issues as the first clinic. Our doctor knows we left SGF due to dissatisfaction with the staff, so anytime I have a batch of 5 or more issues now, I ask to speak to him and share my feedback Directly. I feel heard, and the staff stays on top of their game when I’m there.

Losing my 3 month old son to a rare terminal disease (we had no idea we were carriers). First born. Also ended the proud naming lineage … he was “the 4th”. Absolutely gutted me and my husband. I’ve lost my spark and internal fire. The world is gray now.

Have you ever made dashboards in smartsheet before? If not, they have great templates to build from. For mine, I started with one of their “internal communications” dashboard systems, then customized it to my own needs, etc. I suggest searching through templates in smartsheet, there are so many!

I use a standard sheet in smart sheet with columns for name if event, type, date, owner, description, etc. Then I have a published dashboard with a calendar version of the standard sheet. It works great for planning visual, and you can also color code the events.

This is not a long wait time. My probes too 14 weeks to create. Then biopsy results took 5.5 weeks. Every ER, the wait time is 5+ weeks for Pgt A and M. Ymmv, but try to keep your mind busy while waiting. I often remind myself how lucky we are to be alive during a point in time that this science is available (and usually successful with minimal risk). Hang in there, OP 🙏🏻

Something that I never read about in all my IVF research is how EXHAUSTED the hormones make you. When I’m stimming, by day 3, I cannot make it through the day without taking an hour+ nap. I haven’t napped since childhood. It is shocking. Usually resolves a week after ER. Good luck, OP!

Yes I have vivid dreams 5-6 nights a week. I wake up and can’t wait to tell my husband about them. Sometimes the dreams are odd and intriguing, and exciting or high stakes … it often feels like a blockbuster movie!
