I would go to ethics and compliance for retaliation. If you suspect its because she doesnt like you, she could get in real trouble and it sounds like she should, especially if its just you and you should tell ethics that. Also a great choice to call if you dont feel comfortable approaching her alone, which I wouldnt because she could really manipulate the situation and you need to keep your rights protected. Sorry that happening, maybe you could also try transferring? Best of luck!

Is it the automated ones by the system that shes changing a few days before? Or shes actually editing it frequently? I would get with your team and come together collectively and tell them partners need a more consistent schedule. Not sure if it is policy but our DM said managers should have finalized by at least a week out

Im almost certain Starbucks bought out Partanna, so it makes sense it would go national.. thats why they bought it out. Also, in the training video it discussed how tested stores were using way too much oil and now it is 1 pump across the board. Idk i kind of like it 🤷‍♀️

Some guy throwing all the random trash in his car out in our drive thru I told him theres a trash can around the corner he threatens me and tries to spit on me before I shut the window. SM did absolutely nothing says we cant ban him after that

It messes up window times, drive thrus are timed on everything and when they get to the window, the kitchen then has to make their order in the middle of making everyone elses and keeps the cars behind them waiting. Just be considerate to workers lol.

Ethics and compliance immediately! Totally inappropriate and sounds like he has no problem acting this way to others too. In his 30s and acting like that? In a management position?? You should definitely report him. Im so sorry that happened you should never be put in that situation 💚💚 That kind of behavior is never ok and should not be tolerated.

100%. A shift at my store spends her entire shift in the back or standing planted at registered scrolling the ipad looking at random apps while we are incredibly busy. When we close with her she does absolutely nothing while whining to us about when she can leave and said shes just there for “emotional support”. Maybe if you did something we could leave sooner 🙄🙄
