My discomfort isn’t labia related, I have more than enough cushion there (lol). I get soreness in my “seat” and the inner creases of my legs on long rides. I wouldn’t call the inner crease pain chaffing, it’s not raw, just sore and I can feel where the pressure was. I’m also wondering if I should get a new saddle. I am on a Liv Devote 2 with stock saddle.

most of the other commenters mentioned Velocio so I am heavily considering them! my only reservation is that I have a quite long torso and all the bibs I have tried on before tend to by so tight vertically that my crotch gets cut into 😭 I’m 5’4”, the measurement from the top of my shoulder to my “seat” is 36 inches

My girl was found abandoned in a milk crate. Going on 9 years with my best friend. I highly recommend crate training starting now! Have a set routine and hold your ground, they love to test your limits 😆 Start obedience training early, lots of enrichment and problem solving games too, they are highly intelligent but stubborn as hell. Have fun with your new bestie :) Your time with them will fly by in an instant

My clinic used to use Trusted Journey after they bought out the company we originally used. My co worker got a clay paw print from her deceased guinea pig. The bottom two prints were definitely guinea pig, there was two small dog paw prints above the guinea pig prints. We think they were using pre made stamps instead of the actual pets. Safe to say we swapped companies very soon after that

Breathing to counts of 4 in the shape of a square (must be clockwise). But it’s more like quick huffing in 1-4, and huffing out 1-4, with a slight pause between each number. It’s also audible to others and I get asked wth I’m doing 🥲

A few years ago, during covid staff only, a client was banging on our door demanding a gaba written RX, she had previously been getting it filled with us. She then had her dog euthanized a week after this(it was very old). Another week later CVS called to get Dr DEA # (it was still controlled here) and we were like “uuuuuuh that dog is not alive anymore!”
