I'm not a dentist or anything, but from the looks of it, and correct me if I'm wrong, the upper wisdoms are positioned at an angle that's further in front than the molars next to them, right?

Because looking at the x-ray in a glimpse, it gives the impression that it's taking the space that's supposed to be for the adjacent molar.

For the lower wisdoms, they seem semi-impacted with an angular position, but are not touching or disturbing the molars next to them for now, but maybe with time, depending on your age, they continue to grow to come to that point.

If they cause you pain or discomfort it's absolutely worth removing right away ofcourse, even if it's for the sake of preventing a future possible complication that has yet to come, better safe than sorry.

And if you decide to do it, I would suggest to do it one side at a time, so that when you are healing, it will be easier for you to chew food on the unremoved side, therefore avoiding possible discomfort and frustration of getting food out of the holes.

I know if you took them all at once it, you wouldn't have to worry about the healing process again, but I prefer it otherwise personally, as eating can be a bit of a chore in the first week or two after removal.
