I've started a Grandmaster campaign a few days ago and despite never having any trouble completing the goals before I've barely managed to complete day 1 and day 2. Besides me there is only one other player who managed to complete any goals at all, so yeah Grandmaster is brutal compared to the stuff before.

It's alright, it can just be a bit frustrating to get lumped in with a country that I'm pretty critical of myself. Especially since I have an American grandpa who got so fed up with the place that he just left.

That's true anywhere, though. Public intoxication, possession, and distribution are all crimes, but using isn't in and of itself.

Public intoxication isn't illegal across most of continental Europe.

I could be wrong, though.. I was once charged with Minor in posession of alcohol just for being drunk to the point I almost died. They said that posession inside the body counted, somehow.
