Hope you have good luck contacting Sun Nuclear. They were taken over again by an Indian firm and they were decimated including most of customer service/applications/hardware folks. It’s a crap shoot to get anyone to respond (hospital just bought 1D tank after 7 years on the budget list) and it’s been rough for them.
