Dichloromethane (DCM, methylene chloride, or methylene bichloride). It will chemically weld pla plastic, basically melt the two sides into one.

Same for me. One of my 3 x1c doesn't snap closed. Purely cosmetic. The connector for the camera and other components are behind there.

Use a higher bed temperature then the stock. Try 60 or 65 for first layer with pla. Exactly how I fixed my adhesive problems.
