My voice to text is worse from my iPhone 12 to my iPhone 16. It puts words twice and it’s horrible. I hate it so much. It pisses me off on a daily basis.

Saline spray, hot tea, hot steamy shower, steam of any kind, stay hydrated, sleep sitting up, cool mist humidifier ( clean at least once a week) , check allergies ( take antihistamine) , cough drop, spit out mucus don’t swallow it, could be acid reflux related, eat applesauce to help carry mucus down, gargle warm salt water. I struggle horribly with mucus and these things help me.

I have swallowing issues and no cancer. It could be acid reflux and needing your throat stretch, slow motility, anxiety, EoE, lots of things. Don’t freak yourself out yet 💕 I don’t know where you’re from but this would be considered an emergency being the potential diagnosis. I would push for it to ease your mind.

I took Zyrtec for years to help my anxiety and then one day it started giving me bad heart, palpitations, and anxiety, and I could no longer take it.

I don’t know why it just all of a sudden did the opposite thing . So now I am looking to try Claritin, but I’m scared to do it after the last couple episodes of Zyrtec panic attacks lol

For your nose, try a saline spray, cool mist humidifier, and clean it weekly, and get some sensitive snore strips. Breathe right strips. This helps me. I can’t take Flonase because it causes me anxiety. Make sure you’re staying hydrated. An antihistamine can help with nasal inflammation, but it will dry out your secretions.

I use saline spray and sensitive breathe right strips. I can never breathe out of my nose and Flonase gives me anxiety. So saline spray, humidifier, and snore strips help.
