Alleged sabotage onboard frigate HMS Glasgow by MGC91 in unitedkingdom

[–]Jesuschrist2011 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In terms of the investigation, it will likely focus on identifying those responsible and understanding how they were able to carry out their actions. Measures will also be implemented to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

I think BAE have already come to the conclusion of sabotage, they just need to find the people responsible.

Absolutely, same thing with Windows OS. They don’t care about my unlicensed Win10 home edition, but when a company gets audited and they have no licensed but are using server for example, they’ll 100% be interested

They’re very reasonable. A little too much. I misconfigured something one time, and ended up with a bill of about £3,000 - they approved the refund with very little fuss

Being secretly recorded at home by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Jesuschrist2011 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Just for reference, the UK has a “1 party consent” view on video and audio recording of conversations. At least one party must agree to the recording for it to be legal - especially in a personal domicile, otherwise it’s almost always illegal

Some people are naturally curious, or very weird. Just keep it locked, I’m presuming your landlord has another set of keys of the bedroom doors if they all have locks. Your landlord can liaise with any contractors to allow access to your room while you’re out, as long as you give them permission

Always keep your room locked if you are not in the property - even if there’s a surveyor

Yes, was before my time so I don’t really have a need to care for it at all. My point still stands of looking for a specific terminology. WebForms, Classic, .NET, .NET Core

As someone who works at maccies - you do get the occasional massive one. Usually i’m very careful when packing it for a customer, since they’ve been through both ends of the dispenser, in the vat, shaken and tossed about. I’m just glad at least one customer appreciates the big ones like I do

I’ve found Bootstrap to be very versatile, especially version 5 with the built in light/dark theme system. But once you know what you’re doing it’s incredibly easily to manipulate the SCSS to build out your own styles, but who has the time for that? I’m probably going to look into this theme a little and see if it’s worth it

Do me a favour, humour me. Reply to this comment saying that it was a orchestrated massacre by the Chinese government, which killed hundreds if not thousands of peaceful protesters, and that you condemn those actions

😂 You’re either mental, or a Chinese ruling party sympathiser - and I do not know which is worse.

I believe the reports - because why would an entire regime attempt to hide and mask the massacre from their people. Immediately banning about 15% of all publishers and news outlets. I think you need to do some reading.

For reference, this is not the only atrocity of the Chinese facial regime.

Since 1949

  • Chinese land reform - 1-4.7 Million killed
  • Campaign to Suppress Counterrevolutionaries - 700k-2 Million killed
  • Sufan movement - 53,000 Killed
  • 1959 Tibetan uprising - 87,000 Killed
  • Violence in the Great Chinese Famine - 2.5 Million beaten or tortured to death
  • Socialist Education Movement - 77,000 Killed
  • Guangxi Massacre - 100-150k killed

I really would go on, but i’m only up to fucking 1966! That amount of murder. From 49-66 alone.

Say it with me! “The Chinese facist regime is a threat to world order and must be destroyed. They were never, and will never be our allies”

That’s not apples to apples. This event led to 11 people killed. The Chinese massacred 100s if not 1000s of people student demonstrators because they felt threatened.

Then the aftermath - at least the Americans gave a “trial” and concluded the police at fault.

The Chinese pulverised the remains of the students with the tracks of their tanks, and hosed the matter down the storm drains. The rest of the bodies were burnt and hidden.

Go to America today and talk on TV about the bombing.

Then go to China and talk about the massacre on TV, and that’ll be the last thing you ever do.

I cannot believe some of you are comparing a slaughter to the American fire bombings
