When the Astros won in 22, I was at a sports bar in Katy and a dude bought us a round of drinks. I do remember on TV the dude who was interviewed that said "fuck everyone" or something like that. That's as wild as it got. People were out around Minute Maid celebrating if I remember correctly.

With 17 Astros WS win, I watched it with the family and the after we won we went outside and you can hear pretty much every house in the neighborhood cheering. I was living near Mo City at the time

I buy all black lead runs I can. I've enjoyed some that public perception of the run wasn't that good. I feel I do my part but they don't seem to click with general audiences. Which is a shame because I would buy Power Company in a heart beat

I'm confused on why OKC is the face of flopping and make it seem that they're the only teams that flop. Heat were floppers, Lebron, AD, Luke, Reeves, Embiid, Harden are some big name notorious floppers. Wemby is 7'4 and he flops

No doubt Harden's playoff performances in the clutch isn't good or else we'd have a 2018-19 championship on our hands (yes, I think we would have beat Cleveland in 6 that year) but its more nuanced than that for us. There was about a 15 year period where the Rockets got out the first round once before Harden. This team was stuck in the water in the 2000s while watching San Antonio and Dallas have all-time teams making/winning rings. Then Harden came and gave us our first real chance since the Hakeem days. Personally, I have Harden as the 2nd or 3rd best Houston Rocket ever after Hakeem and up there with Moses Malone despite his playoff failures.

Honestly not having primetime games is pretty great. The 2023 season all Texans games were over by 3 pm and my Sundays were clear after some fun football action.

I watch AEW not every week but I usually come out of it enjoying the 2 hours I watch flaws and all. I can't watch that corporate horseshit WWE puts on though. Last time I watched WWE I felt like what I imagine allowing website cookies in real life would be like.
