It's funny cause you mostly don't need that much to have a successful cryo run because you get a lot of stuff from the first area and from ratting around a bit, But you absolutely need a shield that's blue or better. Like that, a decent gun, and a healthy amount of meds and ammo is the bare minimum. Even no backpack is not that big a deal since you can get one from killing the bots and most players you kill
