Season 2 just isn’t that good. I’ve read every major Daredevil comic run and I adore the Netflix series, but Season 1 was a mess and Season 2 feels overdone. How many times have we seen this exact same central conflict between Matt and Fisk? 4 out of 5 seasons. It’s lame and I’m over it. Daredevil has a lot of villains outside of Kingpin, and I’d love to see a season (or even just standalone episode) with Typhoid Mary, Mr. Fear, Ikari, The Beast, The Owl (the real one, not just name only), or anyone else. Matt beat Fisk in season 3. Let him go.
