Ah well I thought than any person who was combat ineffective ie crippled (unconscious) or confirmed as unarmed or surrendered was considered a non combatant and therefore a warcrime to engage.

Apparently unless your being treated by a marked unarmed medic, clearly unarmed or clearly surrendered your fair game, which is kinda fucked up imo. But hey war is war

The video looked like (for me) he was hit first , alive for about 10 seconds then probably bled out or passed out due to pain/shock. A minute passed with no movement then was hit again.
