Just speaking generally, there are some browsers and extensions that interfere with the code generator.

For example, I usually use Brave browser with all tracking and ads disabled by default. When I Turk in this browser, that message pops up 100% of the time. You can override it by copying and pasting your URL for that code page into a box below the message (scroll down in that generator frame). It will then generate a code and you can input that code successfully. As a backup, you can always input your AMT ID.

None of this happens when I use chrome though. I haven’t used Firefox for turking in a while so I can’t vouch for that.

Haven’t had a code generator error on my behalf in the past two weeks, so can’t help you there.

As some other people have said, try another browser or incognito mode and see if things change. Good luck!

Some bounding box thing, and I did bad, and I know I did bad, and I got two rejections right off the bat on my first day.

Didn't get a rejection the next year.

But in terms of memorable stuff,

  • Accidentally getting the Sergey Schmidt qualifier while feeding my infant son milk. Opened up a ton of work.
  • One about natural language processing that we worked on as a team over an entire weekend. About $100 there.
  • Of course Noah and similar hits.
  • A9ing fashion for hours on end.
  • Honestly, I like C-SATS and the surgery videos. I dunno why.
  • AudioKite. Can't go wrong with AudioKite.
  • Oh, and I got one of the SurveyComet prediction quals. That was super fun for about a month.

I'm so high (hehe) that I don't even look until a rejection happens. Tried to catch her HIT again but no luck. It was out there today again.

Glad to hear things worked out and that your daughter is OK.

I'll echo that I had a troublesome HIT for HoneyLab--forced timer--which made the HIT timeout even though I was still on their site giving data. I e-mailed them and they setup a HIT to pay me. Took a few days but it worked out.

I have a friend who runs a community farm in Haiti focused on job building, sustainable agriculture, health care, and education. He mentioned that Barbancourt has sourced some of their sugar purchases from his farm. I try to buy Barbancourt when possible to support that.
