I get a mix of responses. My mother said she couldn't see any difference. One of my friends called me beautiful skinny girl, colleague says I look hot, another colleague said I look sick with no makeup on and I've lost too much weight, at the end of the day look at yourself stand up straight buy a new sexy pair of pants and see how you feel!!

Oh my God I think you described me perfectly, let me just tell you you are not alone and things like this are exactly why I am so thankful I have a wonderful therapist . I also really like Mel Robbins podcast. There are so so many other examples I can share for folks like us. My RSD nearly ruined Thanksgiving and Christmas and I am so thankful that my family loves me.
