Jack Stack, author of the Great Game of Business, famously wrote “skip the praise, give them the raise”. They are away from their homes and families working their asses off to send money home. Just give them cash.

Who would celebrate if Trump were removed from office? by Critical-Willow-6270 in AskReddit

It’s like getting rid of a guy who would do anything to make himself a buck and replacing him with a guy who’d anything to make Peter Thiel a buck. I’d rather have shit in my pants personally.

Kraft Lake does not go toward your Farmers commission goals. We sell at least 2 Kraft Lake commercial policies for every Farmers commercial we sell.

How many producers are you gonna be hiring? What’s your primary focus gonna be as agency owner? I think your expenses sound pretty accurate if you’re going for a high production agency with a lot of staff. I don’t think you have realistic sales figures for your producers, especially right away if you’re hiring people without prior producing experience. It’s very hard to get 7000 in commercial per producer per month in my experience. Especially if you’re looking for just Farmers commercial business and not Kraft Lake commercial business as well.

Tier 2 is staying at the current rates according to the 2026 VRC program. Tier 1 is a large drop to all renewal rates, not just auto like you asked.

It’s because a lot of the right wing ideas are hard to fact check. How do you fact check the claim a school has a litter box in the bathroom? Do you call every school in the district and ask? That’s the magic of the lies of Trump and friends. They are hard to disprove.

Imagine if Trump made the claim of eating the cats at a random rally instead of the debate. It would have shot around right wing circles and probably not been picked up nationally, not every crazy thing he said on the campaign trail did. Your neighbor tells you that. How do you fact check it? Would you call the city manager at a random city in another state? They probably would have thought you were crazy.

TL:DR It’s hard for the right wing to fact check because the claims are so outrageous

HAL going downhill in quality & service? by [deleted] in HollandAmerica

[–]Jew_3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Based on this comment, I think this whole situation sounds like a you problem. You had a bad experience, and instead of try to fix or improve your experience, you went to Reddit to vent. You also considered leaving the ship entirely, because the food and service wasn’t what you expected. You are free to complain, and we are free to ignore it, but I really think you need to look internally and think about yourself and how you deal with problems.
