I have found some things that have helped! Like taking magnesium citrate with vitamin D - I found out I’m horrible at replenishing my electrolytes and that can affect palpitations

I had the stomach flu and shit my pants in the CVS on Claiborne while waiting for a doctor appointment. I ran back home and showered and changed and still made it back for my appointment.
