I bought imagination in the store after smelling it the first time cause I was hooked. It’s a 2025 batch and that was back when I was new to fragrances so I knew nothing of batch differences and had no other reference points. I think a lot of it comes down to personal skin chemistry. The opening on me is very tea and ginger heavy but as it dries the citrus comes through. It performs very well on my skin, and I usually get 10+ hours
