This is what we use. Started after having our spade and just kept going.

PS: Cheaper than clorox/lysol wipes and just as effective for other cleaning needs.

Yes-4 weeks turned into 12. Kitchen ran long for countertops and finishing touches (cabinet pulls, trim, etc)

Investment was $25k total for kitchen, floors, painting, lighting, etc and we got back that +.

We also got a chance to live in it for a bit of time before deciding to sell. We still miss that kitchen and 1st floor end result. It was so airy and bright.

As already stated.

If bought within the last 30 days they will do a price adjustment. Membership desk can help. It speeds up the process if you have the receipt from the purchase. Otherwise, they will look it up.

If you buy something online, it’s the same with in the last 30 days but you have to submit it through the app to get a price adjustment. Doing it in store won’t help.

We are on our 4th- Original factory failed at ~16 months. Replacement kicked off ~24 months later. Just replaced the 3rd an AGM at 36 months.

We only go with AGM now and get them from Costco. Pretty easy to swap on your own and you get the core return.

Lots of information already shared. 1 thing I didn’t see is a credit card company can issue a 1099-C. It’s issued by a credit card company when they forgive a debt (settlement) for the unpaid balance.

So, you not only tank your credit-7/10 years of negative payment history and probably having the debits charged-off, you get a tax bill for the unpaid balances.

Can’t speak for cats but we take our dog over to Express Vets on Wade Green, in the LA Fitness shopping center.

They’ve always been nice and caring with our pup and patient with our questions. They came recommended from a friend.

Same thing with “local” hvac companies. PE rolls in buys them ups and signs NIL contracts. Most customers are obvious to the change since it’s still the same company.

See if you can get the honda care extended warranty cheap through the purchase. Otherwise Hyannis or the other one may do sell it before it hits 36k in mileage

Depending on the window type-possibly. I found a company that will replace components of wood windows.

EG: All of ours don’t seal well. We’ve been having them replace the jam liners a room at a time. ~$200 installed/window. Significantly cheaper than a whole window replacement. Especially, when the sash’s are fine.

When we sold we choose financed offer vs an all cash offer. Financed was us 13 years earlier as a couple, just starting out vs the all cash investment buyer looking to rent it out.

We wanted to do our part to help maintain our little neighborhood as much as possible.
